Studying or playing, what is important? I think they are both important. I think they are both important, because if I play, I will have many things to study and I could get the high score on a test. If I don’t study, I will not be able to write good sentences in a text, because I don’t have many things to write. Studying is good, but if we don’t play, we can’t study well. So I think they are both important.

Jerry was down in the basement, putting the first piece of his model ship in place when his father called to him to help him. Jerry wanted to ask him to wait a minute, when he realized that his father needed his help at that moment. Putting the pieces carefully on the floor, he rushed up the stairs to assist his father. He was so happy that he had not kept his father waiting, because he was trying to put the box on the top shelf. As soon as Jerry had put the box on the top shelf and in its place, he went back to his model ship and finished it.

I think making a lot of friends is more important than making a lot of money, because friends can bring more joy to your life. They can also help you, when you need help. If you have a lot of money, but you do not have friends, your life will be boring. Sometimes, you will want a friend to spend your spare time with. So friends are really important. That’s why I think friends are more important than money.

   Thomas was very angry yesterday. When he was eating, the soup fell on his shoes. He shouted, “Oh! My shoes! They are so expensive!” Alex heard Thomas shout and went to help Thomas. Alex used tissue to clean Thomas’ shoes. The shoes became like “new” ones. Thomas was so thankful to Alex for his help.
